Recent Projects

In each of these projects we developed the approach, conducted the analysis required to complete the project, developed reporting and presented results.
  • Membership survey for a financial services company-  This project has been run for several years among broker members- the approach has been to continually refine the project and to extend the survey's reach as well as the insights it generates.
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey for a financial services company- Survey of employees designed to identify risk to the company of potential loss of employees and some of the causes of that potential.
  • Service Feedback Survey for a financial services company-  This project required the development of a survey exploring service delivery.  Much of the survey related to assessments of service elements and comparison with competitors.  A head to head analysis was conducted to identify strategic strengths, weaknesses and areas for action.
  • Development of an Employee Safety Survey - Working with a prominent organisational psychologist, an employee survey was developed to identify areas to be addressed to reduce risk in safety and risk behaviours in organisations.
  • Surveys of website visitors- These surveys involved identifying reasons for visiting a specific section of a prominent property website, determining the reasons for visitation and whether visitors achieved their objectives in visiting the site.
  • Development of a training inventory survey for a professional services membership organisation-  Development of a tool to allow respondents to undertake a self-assessment of their skills to identify skills gaps. We developed the survey and the reporting tool to show results in aggregate and provide a summary report for the individual.
